Q2: When can I expect my products to arrive?

Q3: What about your package way?

 A3: Usually, there are two packing way, wooden pallet or wooden crate.For drop-in bathtub, usually packed by wooden pallet.

 For freestanding  bathtub, it can be packed by wooden pallet or wooden crate according to the customer’s requirement.

Q4: How long time you can finish one 20” container products?

 A4: Generally speaking, it will take 20-25 days to finish 1* 40"GP and 25-30daysto finish 1*40"HQ.

Q5: What about your terms of payment and payment way?

A5: 30% of payment is due when the order is placed. This is used as the deposit and balance before shipment begins.

Q6: Do you offer the warranty?

 A6: Of course, warranty time is 2 years.
